After the official dedication on Friday, June 26th, on Saturday we were able to welcome our employees, their family members as well as many interested parties to our first official family day in our new premises with these words.
It was a completely successful celebration.
It was a special occasion for which KOCH Pac-Systeme GmbH sent out invitations to its Open House on June 27, 2009: the merging of the two locations Bösingen and Pfalzgrafenweiler in a progressive new building in the Schornzhardt/Pfalzgrafenweiler industrial park. And visitors were offered quite a bit in addition to self-organized catering, the proceeds from which went to a charitable cause.
Guests received packing insight into the flow of an entire project. At the beginning, the construction department demonstrated how packaging is designed and how the corresponding tools are constructed. Then things moved on to production. Here the comprehensive flow of an entire process was highlighted for the interested public, ranging from the delivery of raw materials, to processing, to machine assembly. Some packaging systems were demonstrated under production conditions – transparent manufacturing that was met with the highest approval on this day.
The training center of KOCH Pac-Systeme GmbH also drew great interest. The trainees were personally responsible for demonstrating a thoroughly interesting cross-section of their training.
It was a completely successful celebration and a promising starting signal for many more successful years of KOCH Pac-Systeme GmbH at the Pfalzgrafenweiler location.
